|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We price all items in £ sterling and the US dollar price is a guide only, the actual price will be the converted price applied by your credit card company when they process the payment to your statement and is most likely to be different as we do not charge customers until we despatch the goods not the day the order is placed.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

|Delivery Schedule Many items we hold ourselves but we have special arrangements with suppliers for a number of golf products. This allows us to call upon there complete range and their massive stock holdings so enabling us to offer far more product range than we could stock ourseves. If we supply the goods we endevour to send out the same or next working day, however some Golf manufacturers are not that quick. For Glenmuir allow 7 - 10 days, Target Dry 3 - 7 days, Balmoral 3-7 days except Balmoral lined garments which have to be specially made that can take up to 15 days. Hippo and Howson take normally 5-7 days. Galvin Green is sent to us from Sweden and we immediately tranship so can take 10- 20 working days. Occasionally product go out of stock and we will advise if this happens with a revised delivery date.|

|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. We are unable to exchange goods specially made or worked on if correct to your order. For non football items there may be a restocking charge of up to 25% if you wish to change items.|

|Returns Policy Our terms simplified are -|
1 You have 28 days from receipt to return goods to us.
2 You must ask for a returns reference number before returning - makes tracking easier.
3 We will refund / exchange if they are returned in fully mechantable quality (unused)
4 If return for manuafacturing fault we will return it to the manufacturer for assessment before credit / exchange
